/kit give <player name or id> <kitname>

When I type '/kit give Bumfuzzler perk' (where perk is a kit name) it gives me the kit called 'Bumfuzzler'
When I type '/kit give perk Bumfuzzler' it says 'failed to find a player with the specified name or ID'

True , it told me that "The kit (0) does not exist"      I tried all the kits (?)
if you try to change the syntax it tells you that "You must specify target player and a kit name"
I checked to see if i have admin permission (which i do) and that "give" plugin is installed, (which it is)

I have the same issue, trying to give a kit through a command in console but it doesnt seem to work
