There are some cases where it is better that default players dont should use the /kits command.

So why dont define the command in the config file so Admins can decide how the kit menu can be open.

In my PvE Server only NPC should show the Kit Menu to players. And MODS or ADMIN kann use /ykity (just hardcoded example) to view all.
