Post Wipe coodowns for kits very buggy managed to get it to work on a test server but that required server wipe a few times.

I've set the time via Kits.cfg

I've also tried kits.convertoldplayerdata & kits.convertolddataconverting everything over to the new verison which doesn't convert the wipe times even after editting in config the cooldown times Post wipe cooldown doesn't work.

Also started from scratch remade the kits and still didn't work.
