I am an owner of a rust server. I added some kits and tried to claim them. Once i clicked redeem nothing goes into my inventory. ANy fix?

The usual problem is that the /kit items command was not used when creating the kit. I always redeem the kit after creating it (with an empty inventory) to check that it has copied the items from my (*intended kit contents) inventory into the kit.
