Is it possible to disable the forces kit slots? So instead of players dumping inventory to use a kit, the items just go into the empty spots?

its there mainly to protect the players from redeeming a kit when they dont have enough room for it and despawning it on the ground, one way around it is to use backpacks plugin, they just shift everything into backpack.

I'm sure theres a way to keep the check for inventory space tho but not the organisation i've seen it in a decent amount of servers.
