I've set 3 starter kits. Now I want when someone joins the server. They get issued randomly 1 of the possible 3 kits I've made, but only once. Meaning they can get awarded kit 1, die & key awarded kit 2 & then kit 3. I want a randomly choice of the kits. But only once for the entire server wipe & then it resets when I wipe. How do I do this?

I don't know about your first part, but you can just make that one-time-use kit, grant it default, then everyone would it when have it when they joined, and would only be able to use it once with max 1.
