Kits.consolegive is a permission, not a console command. This permission allows you to grant the permissions for individual players to redeem kits. If your kit name is 'basic1', you could grant that kit to a player with o.grant player xxxSTEADIDHERExx kit.basic1. The player would then be able to type /kit basic1 in-game.
