I have tried looking everywhere for a fix but for some reason cant find one my kits are in the config but do not exist anywhere on the gui when I click add kit it say's no kits where found

try reload the plugin using the console command "o.reload Kits". Have you changed your data file or had a look at the integrity of it lately ?

Just checking, you created kits in chat using menu which came up when you typed /kit add <kitname>  ?  and they are usually stored in the kits data folder, once created you can edit them in that folder but i usually do it in chat as its easier to add actual items to the kit (your inventory) than looking for shortnames/id numbers.
