Hi, how do I change the OnScreen message "Kit redeemed" to chat instead, visible only to the player that redeemed the kit?

OnScreen(player, GetMsg("KitRedeemed",player.userID));​

The onscreen message only appears to the person redeeming the kit !

I know, I'm asking how to change the OnScreen message to a chat message.
