I've loaded the items in my inventory, typed in to add the kit plus cooldowns, etc.  When I go to redeem the kit, I don't get any of the items though the cooldown and max are counting my redemption.  Why aren't the items popping up?  I've even tried to set a permission for all and tested...still no items in my inventory after redeeming.
