Able to fire infinite rockets on command

Hello, So i JUST installed this plugin onto my test server, i have changed nothing in the config file (only edited the language file) and this is the issue is get. 

whenever i type /fr 50 for example, 50 are fired like it should. BUT if i type /fr 0 i just keeps firing until i reload the plugin, even when it's happening. if i type /fr 50 it will fire the 50. but then CONTINUE to endlessly fire rockets until it gets reloaded.

don't know if this is a plugin issue or something else is causing this.

use /fr 1 and bind a key to the command.

This was reporting a bug about the plugin, i know i could do that but i was saying that the plugin when using /fr 0 (which shouldn't work because 0 isn't a vaild amout) was causing infinite fire of rockets until the plugin gets reloaded
