I need this plugin only to rename the admin when he does things as an administrator, why can't the administrator change his name? Any workaround?? Thanks!!

I'd suggest using a plugin such as Staff Mode or Admin Toggle for that.

Thx for the reply. 
If I have seen well, StaffMode dont change playername.
Can i use /setplayername from "Admin Toggle" to change the admin name?

  • /setplayername <name> - set your anonym player name when toggling to playermode
