Hello,
i have a question: renaming (temporarily) a player with certain other-plugins' permission, remove these permissions?
Or permissions dont change even with renamed name? 
Or permissions will not be effective untile the original name is restore?

The permissions are for the person doing the renames to allow them to rename. They are not controlled by other plugins and do not change when they are renamed.

No, i'm talking about all others plugins permission, AKA oxide.grant user ORIGINALPLAYERNAME something.allow, if i rename ORIGINALPLAYERNAME to NEWPLAYERNAME, the player NEWPLAYERNAME have all other plugin permissions like the ORIGINALPLAYERNAME?

Permissions in Oxide/uMod are handled by the player's ID, not their name.
