Can you add a vip permission such as the one for normal?
I would like the vip players to have some changes regarding the plugin.

In fact I wanna lower the cooldown for vips.

I want to make a destroy/refund for VIP groups by permission increased/lowered with a multiplier from the base default one. Ex.  If the wooden wall destroys is 100 and the refund is 15, if add "removertool.removevip1" to "2" will require x200 to be removed and "removertool.refundvip1" to "0.5" will make 7 wood refund.
