Return with item condition

Would it be possible to add pickup with item condition? I would love to use this plugin. But allowing players to pickup and move items with damage is exploitable seeing as how it just "repairs" the item. The plugin I use now has this. But the restrictions for it are garbage. It uses additional plugins made by the developer to set restrictions which either make no sense or are too lax. Or you only have the option of TC built into it. Which makes quarry and pump jack use hell on me seeing as how nobody reads the info plugin and then players who know go around stealing them by placing TCs. So it's pretty much a trash plugin aside from the damage aspect. Which is what's keeping me from using this one.

You can try configuring them.

But does this return the item to the player in the same condition? Last I knew it didn't. The last time I used this when you would /remove a damaged item you would get it back in 100% condition.
