for some reason it says admin wont let you remove items that are damaged, seems dumb can i fix this?

There is a setting for this in the config file. Remember thought that if for example you remove a half broken door it will get replaced with a door with full health. Either you set a percentage of max damage you allow to get removed or you add a price to certain items. like a metal door will cost 150 metall to remove.
