uMod - Option to refund 100% of resources? - Remover Tool

Hi! I can't manage to get 100% refund from everything with remover tool. Seems like i only get 50% refund from buildings, and no matter how much i look through the config, i can't get it to work.. Anyone that can help me or give me a working config that refunds everything 100%?

I just changed these values in the refund section in the meantime.

"Metal": {
"metal fragments": 200
},
"Stone": {
"Stones": 300
},
"TopTier": {
"high quality metal": 25
},
"Twigs": {
"wood": 50
},
"Wood": {
"wood": 200
},

as this config isn't working for me as well

"Remove - Normal - Remove fractioned objects": true,
"Remove - Normal - Remove fractioned objects - exclude BuildingBlocks": false,
"Remove - Normal - Remove fractioned objects percentage": 90,
