The plugin compiles and runs but it doesn't apply any effect to the time.  Other recycler plugins also had to update for this update.  Thank you.

works just fine for me. it might conflict with other recycler related plugins if many are installed.

ah weird, the config actually reset to default somehow.  Was fine for 7 months untouched.  Thanks!

i checked the other recycler plugin, they only fixed a bug when it's picked up.
