Love the mod. Have it installed on the dedicated server I run out of my home.  It works good for me but when my brother or friend are getting messages that they can only use it every 4-11 minutes. Something about a cooldown.  My brother is a member of the admin group as I am.  The only two differences that I can think of.
A) I am the server owner.
B) They both play remotely where I am on the same network.

Is there anything I can do to allow them to use /rec more frequently?
