Would it be possible to further customize recycle effeciency by letting us set the value for every monument?  For example I would want Launch site recycler to give 70%, compared to 60% default and 40% safe zones.  I might also choose to make Fishing Village, where I placed recyclers using the Monuments Addon Plugin, to only give 30%.  Would this be possible?
