Recycle output is not correct.

ie. SAM Ammo

Craft = 1 metal pipe + 30 gunpowder for 6 SAM Ammo
Recycling = 3 gunpowder and 8% chance to get 1 metal pipe

When using Recycle Manager it gives you 1 metal pipe each time you recycle 1 SAM Ammo resulting in a net return of 5 metal pipe for every 6 SAM Ammo. The result of this is a 5x duplication for HQM.
