As per the title really. When I change the speed in the config it only affects the items in the first item in the queue. Subsequent items recycle at the normal speeds. The only way to get everything to recycle faster is to turn the recycler off and on again after each slot has finished.

I can confirm this is still a thing.

I gave up in the end and just used this instead. Works great.
