On the line object OnRecycleItem(Recycler recycler, Item item)
change it to object OnItemRecycle(Item item, Recycler recycler)

And the plugin will now work again.
This is due to a deprecated hook 'OnRecycleItem' that stopped working on Saturday, 31 December 2022
