Seems like the author doesn't even tested the plugin or he just doesn't realize all problems which the plugin will bring.
With this plugin, you will respawn in a rock, in a building, under a foundation, close to a player. In general, you can respawn literally everywhere.
The author needs to implement all of these checks as soon as possible.

Thanks for your input. I consider that the real issue is spawning inside a rock, and it will be fixed. Regarding spawning near to player, or "literaly everywhere" all of these is more "features not, a bug", but of course I can implement that checks and add configuration, for those who will need it.

Actually, the real issue is a possibility to spawn inside a building or even under it. What kind of feature is this?
Do you understand how fatally that can be for the server in total?
God bless those server owners who already feel a headache because of that.
