Currently if you die by a fall and respawn it kills you, wont matter if you spawn from a bag.

This happens every time you die by a fall?

it also compely crashes my server when i unload it

I have this problem quite often myself. However, i do not use this plugin and it happens to me on every server. Sometimes I die by fall damage right after getting killed from falldamage but whats really strange, sometimes when I kill myself using console, I randomly die within my next life (usually 40-180 seconds in) 

Fairly sure this hasn't to do with this plugin and might just be a client bug
