As in the previous case with skins, I didn't do anything (I didn't install or change plugins), but the bases stopped spawning, although they had worked fine for many years before.

hi, that's an issue with those bases. the base is invalid, or it threw an error in the server console from the copypaste plugin before it finished pasting. either way, copypaste didn't finish pasting the base.

Pasting 'baza' has been queued: waiting for Steam definitions

I think due to problems with Steam the bases haven't been spawning for a few days now because they can't get the information.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I see, that's a steam issue with your skins, not caused by either plugin. the plugins do require you to be connected properly to steam though, or bases will be queued until you are, and they won't spawn until then. that explains the "no response from CopyPaste", the bases are still queued. skins not being painted is the same issue, you need to be connected. I cannot type today :p
