Not sure if I messed up here or not but loot only spawns in one box, create and I tried everything to fix.

this is true so it won't spawn into 1 box unless the rest of the loot is going into lockers, ovens, fridge, bbq, or tc
Thats the point I have bases that has all of those yet the loot only spawns in just one of them until it cant fit anymore then start looting others, I only noticed it last month throught it was a bug or something

I'm not having an issue. I tested with your profile and a base that has TC, fridge, locker, furnace, fridge and loot goes into all of those. the remaining loot is divided into the boxes

well I suggested DM so that your files remain private

you should remove them now unless you want others to download them

ok, loaded your files and the loot is going into the TC, fridge, locker, furnace and fridges. the rest is divided into the boxes.
lockers can hold well over 40 items and you're spawning 50 items so that doesn't leave much for the boxes
