I can't do oxide.reload RaidableBases. Help ;-;

Whenever I try to reload the mod, this message appears:

"Error while compiling: RaidableBases.cs(13350,48): error CS0176: Static member 'ItemContainer.Drop(string, UnityEngine.Quaternion, params ItemContainer[])' cannot be accessed with an instance reference, qualify it with a name type name instead"

If anyone has an answer to this, I'd greatly appreciate it!

hi, you need to update

Hello! I'm not very good with plugins, could someone explain how to do the update? Not sure where to download it from and how to apply it, if I have to delete files before uploading etc.

I have Raidable bases plus the Tier 3 pack.

Thanks!

hi, you would just download it from the site that you purchased it from =]

there's no need to do anything special like deleting files or anything of the sort.

just download the plugin (not the tier package) and install it to oxide/plugins/ folder like you originally did. you do this each time there's an update for the plugin.

Thank you for that.

I've just downloaded the plugin again from the Codefling website where I purchased it (just the base plugin, not the Tier 3) and have restarted my server.

I still get this message in the console -

Error while compiling: RaidableBases.cs(16141,48): error CS0176: Static member `ItemContainer.Drop(string, UnityEngine.Vector3, UnityEngine.Quaternion, params ItemContainer[])' cannot be accessed with an instance reference, qualify it with a type name instead

I've noticed that I now have two RaidableBases files in the oxide/plugin folder, there is RaidableBases.cs and RaidableBases-0.cs

Do I need to delete the original file before uploading the freshly downloaded file?

yes. it does not look like your host has their file manager configured properly. it should be configured to overwrite the file, not make a copy of it with a different name.
