All players on the server cannot teleport because they are supposedly in the event zone of the raid base.
I specifically recorded a video to demonstrate the problem (I have a Russian server, so some of the chat messages are in Russian).



In this video, I'm trying to teleport to a player named "evgen". As you can see, the teleport from anywhere on the map is not available to all players, allegedly due to the fact that they are participating in the event. But it's not. At the end of the video, I simply deleted the first raid base that came across and the teleport worked.
Players say that such an error occurs after a raid of some kind of base, but I did not check this.

As I understand it, this problem occurs in some particular raid base. Not in the building itself, but in the event of a specific base. If you delete it, the teleport will work.
