My highwalls keep floating instead of spawning on ground level. ive tried many things but havent found a fix yet. Any help would be appreciated

ok, this is probably from another plugin as this was not changed in the free version
So all the configs look perfectly fine? Any idea what plugins would cause this? Copy and paste?
can you try again using 2.4.2 and let me know if the issue is fixed?
