@Shortpaw there's nothing wrong this file. the issue is you have this profile inside of oxide/data/RaidableBases/Base_Loot when loot tables should only go here. so basically delete it from this folder and reload the plugin

would have been nice to see this before i deleted the whole mod and started over....thank you though
