When buying a raid of any complexity chat writes Raid bases | You can't buy PVE raids for this complexity because you can't buy PVP-permitting raids. configuration specified to convert PVP - PVE

you must disable Allow Players To Buy PVP Raids (set false) otherwise it will not be able to use Convert PVP to PVE
