Hello,
I have been unable to find any posts on both TruePve and Raidable Bases regarding shotgun traps, flame throwers and flame turrets not damaging deployables and buildings in raidable bases.
I have built many Eco friendly raid bases and players are unable to bait the flame turrets / shotgun traps to damage the buildings.
shotgun traps do no damage to walls when being baited.
Flame throwers manage to damage wood walls only when you are holding down the mouse button.(fireball damage does no burn damage)
Incin rockets do no burn damage.
shotgun incindiary shells and incindiary 5.56 ammo also do no burn damage.
I realize this may be an issue with rule sets and zone manager but I was under the impression that raidable bases handled zone managing. I am unable to figure out what zones the raidable bases are spawning in and how to tell my other truepve rule set to use those zones. Is there a way for raidable bases to tell TruePve the zone so I can apply the ruleset I have mapped to that zone?
If anyone is able to advise a solution or step in the right direction that would be great.
Thanks to Nivex for providing this mod and his time.
Fire damage and Shotgun trap damage(eco raiding)
hi. it's a bug and is fixed in the next update, ty
Hello,
Thank you for the quick response, just to clarify is this coming out in a future update or some sort of release has already been made?
Could you please also clarify which part is a bug, It took me a while to write the post and include all of the relevant information and I still feel no closer to understanding what the actual problem is. Also the documentation regarding zone manager in raidable bases has basically zero useful information and should be updated in my opinion.
I have had this problem for 3+ months and only now came to ask about a fix since I am unsure from this point and the documentation, patch notes or forum has not been able to help me..
Thanks.
no problem. there isn't much to add here tbh. nothing i say will be able to help you. i can only fix the issues that you report. there's nothing you can do to fix it yourself
next update implies in the future. both issues are a bug (traps and fire) and there's nothing more to add - you've covered the problems in their entirety already.
information is available in the documentation in both the config and help sections for Zone Manager. it doesn't need an update. I don't support the plugin - nor does Zone Manager support this plugin - it's redundant as Raidable Bases controls and manages its own zones independent of any plugin
``This plugin does NOT use Zone Manager - it creates and manages everything on its own. If you are having issues with too few locations on the grid, or each attempt to spawn a base returns a manual spawn was already requested then it is likely because of how you have setup Zone Manager. You either have far too many zones, or you have zones which are far too large. Raidable Bases will not spawn in these zones unless the ZoneID is added to Allowed Zone Manager Zones in the config file.``
Hello,
Thank you for the very detailed response. This has cleared up many things that were confusing for me. I am looking
forward to all future updates and development. I hope this post can help anyone else with similar issues.
Many Thanks.
