It looks like the RB paid version rollled back to version 2.0.3. Earlier it was 2.0.4. All the RB are spawning but they all say easy on the map and all have easy loot table applied. Console says expertbase pasted, map says easy and loot is easy, if that makes sense. So if someone raids a nightmare base the best they get is some satchels. 

Hi. Premium does not have a 2.0.4. Only the free version. The issue fixed in 2.0.4 is not an issue in the premium version.

Youll have to reinstall the premium version and then reconfigure any settings related to difficulty, buyable events and player lockouts

got it. I have that plugin that auto updates plugins. It overwrote it with the free one. Had to remove the updater. Sorry to bother. My fault.
