We have been copying the difficulty loot tables to each of the different levels and changing amounts. On the hard ones there are rockets and C4. On the nightmare these do not show up. There are enough slots in the boxes and then some. Verified the configs. There is no min levels set to 0. Not sure what else I can look at?

It appears that there is a limit of 60 items when spawning in items. This appears to be why some of my loot isn't spawning. They are at the end of the item list. Is this how it was programmed?
