Can it be that several foggers or strope lights do a lag? I mean i dont have a bad server, but if i spawn my big base throug raidable bases with all foggers included and the strope lights, its beginning lagging.

yep, foggers can create lag

To be honest, the more entities that are part of a raidable base, can cause gradual server performance issues... If you have a bad server, try making lots of small bases that are technically challenging. It should help a bit.
