I push all the resources to the TC, but sometimes the TC doesn't have a lot in it, other times it does. It would be great if weights could be placed on the loot.

When people raid they expect to find resources in the TC, but sometimes because the loot is chosen at random, resources don't always get chosen above other items. 

Being able to set weights on items like resources will ensure they're spawned all the time.
