Players not dying in PvP raid areasFixed

So heres what I noticed if you are in a raidable area that is PVP a player can kill you with anything, but if you have say a rocket launcher in your hand and shoot at your feet anyone around you will die but you still have 100% health. Not sure if this is a setting in TruePVE or in ZoneManager... Also not sure if this has to so with RadabelBases as in the pve zone if you shoot at your feet with a rocket launcher you'll die instantly..

I've looked in the TruePVE config and can't seem to find anything about player hurting self and not seeing anything in ZoneManager either..

I've found the issue by using tpve.trace.

the `players cannot hurt players` rule is blocking suicide also. that would be a bug within TruePVE considering SuicideBlocked is supposed to be used in order to prevent suicides. this means that suicides are not handled before rules are evaluated. though i will not fix this bug, as it's an expected default feature of TruePVE, and it's likely been this way since its initial release.

the solution will be to revert my changes in raid bases and once again you will take damage done to yourself
