"Divide Loot Into All Containers": true, 

Have this set to true, but some boxes still spawn empty. Not sure what im doing wrong, possibly too many crates for the amount of items. but some bases have 100 item spawns with 10-15 crates.

you either need to enable Allow Duplicate Items or have enough items in the loot tables in order to spawn the required amount

this plugin only spawns into boxes (small and large) and if enabled the tool cupboard as well

Ahh, ok. yeah i guess enabling duplicates will fix it. Thank you
