Why does this do this?

I did do that also made it higher then ground level to see if it fixed it.

no clue man. the ground isn't even flat so it should've never spawned there to begin with. view it by typing

/rb grid​

around that area. the grid locations will be drawn on your screen

literally the first time i've seen this happen in months ...

Ok so after testing all day with different Elevations and such i find its best to keep max elevation below 10.0 any higher this starts happening and makes plugin un useable.

yea, Elevation is set to a default of 2.5. no wonder you had issues. don't set it so high
