Our server uses raid limit and I was wondering if there is a way to set ownership to bases. 

The reason is cause we run a low pop server and I want highly active players to have to pick between npc raid or player raid. Making it a bit safer for new or less active players to get up and running. 

Doubt theres way to make multiple players owner so 1 is fine if possible. Thanks in advance.
