1st - Nivex I hope I'm not breaking any rules here. I have my test server and I like to share knowledge, hope you don't mind.

I made this bases in like in 5 minutes to start, they are pre-set with the standard config that the plugin comes with.
I want to share because I looked for pre-made bases as well and found nowhere around.
all you have to do is download the zip and extract the 3 files on the folder from copy and paste
remember each server has it's own but look for the copy and paste folder.

2. rust
3. oxide
4. data
5. copypaste

Note : those bases are a level noob to be raided. if you want a honey cum etc base all you have to do is create a base the way you won't go to the base floor and type in chat:
 if you did not before type /oxide.grant user your.nick copypaste.copy 
after the permission for copy and paste clear type 
/copy nivex1
make another base nivex2 and same for nivex3
