can some tell me how to setup  or show an example of a loot table , also what should this setting be Loot (Easy Difficulty) (empty)? Please.

Look at "Treasure > Loot" for an example. And Loot (Easy Difficulty) doesn't need to be anything if you don't want it to be.

i would like to set a loot table  for each difficulty type, if for example i set   
"Loot (Empty List = Use Treasure Loot)": [
"Loot (Easy Difficulty)"
],
would i then have to populate a loot list in the table at the bottom of the page ?
