just tested and it seem the this option is not working with "0" . tried and still got  2 lvls of walls, also tried putting false and 0.0, but that just breaks the plugin

so there no way to have only 1 level of wall, I understand that its a good way to get rid of the terrain elevation and having only one wall lv that my go into the ground and players can easily jump over, just wondering if there was an option for it.

yep it's there for that reason. no option sorry.
