Is there a way to let this plugin create a log file for each day so that I can check  and control Raids afterwards?
I really need this to check who raided whom.

I'd suggest a plugin that already does this since they do exist afaik

The plugin logs raid events on the server - look in \oxide\data\RaidTracker.json
