I set "Send Notifications": true
and created a webhook in a Discord channel as I did before with other stuff.
But no messages occur. Only in chat.

1. configure the webhook url
2. install discord messages plugin https://umod.org/plugins/discord-messages
3. reload

Worked. Thank you.
