Hi

Every player can see the chat message and the marker on the Map.
but only the Group Admin have the permission..
any way to fix it?

you can only turn chat messages on or off, it cannot be restricted by permissions

map markers for admin - check the permissions settings or maybe there is a collision with another plugin
