I don't see permissions, but sometimes plugins automatically assume authlevel 2.

For me I would want only admins or moderators to see the markers. A permission would be great if everyone can see them.

The /rmtest commad is only for moderators or owners, it's just so you can test the marker setup :) The plugin has no permissions. Markers are visible to everyone.
