it would be nice if the permission auto-enables the plugin and if you could add the option to use grids as location indetifier

I like the grid idea or maybe make it based on tc location of that player.  For example: I have Raidable Base being auto generated and they get raided all of the time so I wouldn't want to see spam about those.
