My server often has a queue of 20-45 players, and I get asked regularly to have disconnection protection for players. I was hoping to see if another plugin creator would consider picking this one up, seeing as it hasnt been updated in 2+ years and currently has no author/maintainer.

I am not wanting to customize anything. I was unsure if this plugin would work properly as it has not been maintained and I am seeing last update/version being published 2 years ago. Its listed as unclaimed/no maintainer.
Ah, you were asking about a configuration, so I wasn't sure. If you aren't sure if it is working, I'd just give it a test. It should still be working though.
Oh, my apologies for the confusion. I was trying to ask that if anyone knew of another plugin that did the same/similar thing or if there was an option within the configuration files that I could change that would do that, I would appreciate the tip.
With that said, can you install a plugin without stopping or restarting the server? I will give it a shot, but if I have to reboot the server, I will likely have to wait till next wipe day or very early morning when theres not as many on. =/
Yes, plugins are hotloaded as long as you or your host hasn't disabled that.
